Mounting instructions for Gorilla Glue
1. choose the growing location
Decide whether you want to grow Gorilla Glue indoors or outdoors. indoors, you have full control over light, temperature and humidity. outdoors, the plant needs a warm, sunny climate with moderate humidity.
2. prepare the soil
Use loose, nutrient-rich soil with a pH value between 6.0 and 7.0. organic additives such as worm compost or bat guano improve the soil quality and promote growth.
3. sow the seeds or plant the seedlings
Leave the seeds to germinate in moist kitchen paper or water until the roots are visible. then plant them 1-2 cm deep in the prepared soil.
4. ensure the right light conditions
Gorilla Glue needs plenty of light for healthy growth. indoor LED or HPS lamps are ideal with an 18/6 hour light cycle in the growth phase and 12/12 in the flowering phase. outdoors, the location should provide at least 8 hours of direct sunlight per day.
5. monitor temperature and humidity
Keep the temperature between 20-26°C during the day and not below 18°C at night. Humidity should be 50-60% during the growth phase, while it should be lowered to 40-50% during the flowering phase to prevent mould growth.
6. water regularly
Water the plants evenly, but avoid waterlogging. wait until the top layer of soil is dry before adding more water. use filtered or pH-neutral water if possible.
7. optimise the nutrient supply
During the growth phase, Gorilla Glue needs nitrogen-rich fertilisers. in the flowering phase, reduce the nitrogen and increase the supply of phosphorus and potassium to promote flower formation.
8. train the plants (optional)
Use low-stress training (LST) or other techniques to control growth and maximise yields, distributing light evenly across all buds.
9. observe the flowering time
Gorilla Glue has a flowering time of about 8-9 weeks. check the trichomes with a magnifying glass - if they are milky white, the optimum harvest time has been reached.
10. harvest and dry the flowers
Carefully cut off the flowers and hang them up in a well-ventilated, dark room with a humidity of around 50 %. After 7-14 days, the flowers are ready for curing.
